Jennifer Elder

Another soundbite view is that of "predatory capitalism". John Perkins,author of Confessions of an Economic Hitman,defines predatory capitalism as a mutant form of capitalism that "encourages widespread exploitation" without regard to long-term impact. If our economy (and the global economy for that matter) is to get back on track we need to return good old-fashioned business planning - look out 5 years and consider the SWOT's and risks of every action.
